Try the mall, bookstores, or hang out in the vidoe store and if you see a single girl looking at a movie, stirke up a conversation. NO, dont come off like a perv.....just say, "Oh, that's pretty good, my ex liked it a lot. your boyfriend probably will enjoy it, it's sort f a guy flick." That opens it up for her to say if she is attached or not! You can change the scene from the video store to whereever.
Also, check out the carts of girls in the grocery store....if they are buying frozen dinners, chances are they are single!!!

I meet them in the grocery store. Then I follow them home in my car and watch them through their windows.
