Is there a reason that she beleives this?? Maybe its the way you dress? You know first impressions are a big deal! Or maybe it was your manners?
Im not trying to be so negative, but when you meet someone important for the first time, you have to be TOTALLY confident! A firm handshake, direct eye contact and a heartfelt greeting will make all the difference in the world.
But THEN AGAIN, there are some mothers out there that will NEVER feel like anyone is good enough for their son. If thats the case, its your job to prove her wrong. Either that, or walk away from the situation completely.

Do you talk or dress or carry yourself like a skank do you have good personal hygiene? If no to any of these questions while keeping it real then she is an over protective mom which I would not try to win her over just be polite but yet firm with her become no ones target for defeat she don't like you so what deal with it just stay away from her because she's only going to look for faults if he is a mama's boy FORGET IT YOU DON"T HAVE A CHANCE TO BEGAN WITH because it will be mama said this and mama said that never what he really wants or what you want so if he is a mama boy let it go if you can not be happy!

Is he the only child or son? Is he the baby boy? If all of your answers to these questions are yes, then she is going to think that everyone he dates is a skank because she doesn't want him with anyone. My boyfriend is the only boy and the oldest. His mom "acts" like she likes me but I know a front when I see one. But look at it like this, you are dating him and not her. Move on with your man and make your relationship work. Mom can't be there all the time. She should be happy as long as her son is happy.

How do you dress when you've been around her? What have you done to give off this impression? Most of the time, girls don't get the label of 'skank' without a good reason

Girl you do have a problem. Sometimes first impressions are not the best. First, make sure that when you are aound his mom act approproiate...i.e. be polite, answer her questions etc. Dress nice...no revealing clothes and don't suck face with your bf in front of her. Try to be discreet when ya want a lil lovin. If this does not work, let your bf know that this makes you very uncomfortable when you are at his house. If he cares about you he will tt her and let her know it's not appreciated. It will be up to you wether or not you choose to stay with him if he doesn't stick up for you. Good Luck!!! I hope I have helped you!!

Maybe her opinion of you is based on something she has heard or your nervousness upon meeting her came across wrong. Just be yourself and give her time to see and accept you for who you really are.
There are also some mothers who will NEVER be able to accept the fact that there is another woman who is important to their son. Those you you just leave alone.
Don't show that you are hurt, just be polite. Good luck. Been there, still there!!!

Maybe she is like most parents and she doesn't think your good enough for her son. She isn't going about it the right way, but I don't know what you can do about that. Just ignore her in that regard. If your bf cares for you, it doesn't matter. By the way, I think that if he cares about you, he would say something to his mom about not acting that way around you. If nothing else, he could stop taking you around his mom.

Yes, in a nice way ask her why she think so. You may have done something you were not aware. If you are innocent, I would not worry about it. Try to be friendly with her just out of respect for your boyfriend
