I have known some people in my area, whom are Saints, their prayers are answered right away, they don't go out to find food, they don't like anything on earth, they are very faithful, worshippers, and very silent.
They can tell you what is happening in far away contries (if you are with them), and they can pray for you, and God will answer the prayer in a short period.
My Questions are:
Are they born like that?
What is the minimum age to become a Saint (Waliy)?
How can I become a Saint (Waliy)?
Please answer only if you know.
Peace

No body is born as a Wali or Saint. Each child is born in the state of Fitrah or Nature as confirmed in the hadith.
It is the life which we spend that can make us a wali or a Shaitan. If you would really like to attain the status of wali, do the following.
1) Refrain from all sins. Have the consiousness that ALLAH is watching you always.
2) Refrain from eating Haram. A single Haram bite can take away your ILMm for 40 days.
3) Pray even the Nawafil. ALLAH tells in Hadeeth Qudsi, that HE comes close to his servants who even pray the Nawafil.
Do this not for years, but be consistent. And if you sin, dont despair, ask straightaway the forgiveness of ALLAH and carry one, Insha-ALLAH you will attain it. I ask ALLAH subhanahu wa taa'laa to give you and me the status of Wali.

The word you are using is incorrect. Waliy according the Holy Qur'an and Hadith can only be chosen by God. For example when prophet Abraham was chosen as a Waliy, or those of the Ahlul-Bayt. You can become very close to God where He will answer your prayers and have higher knowledge like Jafri, which is what your talking about knowing what is going on any where in the world through mathematical calculations. Those who reach this level, usually have to practice it at least 20 or more years. It is not recommended for initial students b/c of its high level and it may cause more damage than good to you. Stick to what you can handle and you can attain nearness to the One God.

Sorry Honey, no one is a saint in this world, other wise we would not be in this world.
Read the Bible: Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"
We have all sinned. All of us have decided to turn from the loving God, who desires only the best for us. We try to handle our lives on our own. We have removed God from the throne and tried to put ourselves there instead. God is holy and therefore cannot have any part with a creation that has sinned. His holiness demands hell for all who sin and rebel against Him. The penalty for our sins is to be separated from God in this life and to spend eternity suffering in complete pain and isolation without any hope of relief.
Ephesians 2:1-3 "As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath."

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your question.
Subhanallah, I am not knowledgable, and would recommend you direct your question to a sheikh.
however, if what you say about people forseeing things happening, it could be that they are practicing witchcraft or are soothsayers. which both, are completely forbidden in Islam.
secondly, please clarify what you mean by 'saint'. if you mean someone who is very righteous, i dont believe that is the correct terminology.
however, you must do your best to try to follow the Quran and the Sunnah. and obstain from sin as much as you can. and what you can't avoid, repent for them.
also with regard to dua (supplication/prayers). All Muslims must realize that when you make dua yourself, Allah promises in the Quran "id3ooni astajeeblakom"- Call upon me and I will answer you.
So one of the Pre-Conditions of Dua, is to have full yakeen (certainty) that Allah answers All dua.
Sometimes your dua may be delayed, and sometimes it will not be given to you because what you ask for is something that Allah knows is not good for you. so just the fact that you call upon Allah, He loves that so much that he will never grant you something that will end up being bad for you.
WAllahu alem.
be insistant upon dua. The Prophet salallahu alayhi wa sallam said that Allah does not respond to a Dua that is hasty. When his compainions asked what he meant by Hasty, he responds" Its is when a servant says, 'i have made dua, and i have made dua, and I only think that Allah will not respond to my dua' and thus the servant leaves dua'
so being hasty is when you think you will not be responded to, and you thus give up dua.
So dear Brother, dont be hasty, and ask as much as you want from Allah, for verily Allah loves when his servants call upon him and never gets tired. he is rich, free of Allah needs, and is Al-Razzaq. He can give you infiniate bounties.
wallahu alem. And Allah knows best.

Humble yourself before Allah, express your inner self and accept the answer you are given. Then from that time forward treat all others they way you would like to be treated and you will become a saint very quickly.
Great Question,
Peace to you,
Antipas
