To give her the low down on what she knows about you.She is trying to either break up the new relationship or letting the woman know what happened between the two of you. She has not fully excepted the break up therefore it will not be over until you end it.The best way to do this is to contact her in person or by mail and explain to her--- It is over; there is no going back!Tell
her she is part of your past but you are now working on the future and you will always think of her with fond memories. You wish her the best and hope she finds somebody who can full fill her dreams. A person more suitable than you your self could or would ever be. It takes time to heal and distance when a break up occurs this is a fact. You will not be contacting her nor be keeping tabs on her so you would appreciate it if she would not contact your new friends and your family members. It has been
brought to your attention she is contacting others and as a favour to them and to you could she please find somebody else to speak to in regards to her problems. You are not her soul mate nor her keeper. If you were you would still be together and the facts speak for themselves.

i guess she finished it? she is jealous that you have moved on and she hasn't. its always that way, you need to talk to your girlfriend to she what she is after. before it's to late and your ex plants a seed that you can't control. good luck with that one mate.

how does she know how to contact her? She may have a variety of reasons. perhaps to warn her that you like to make your gfs jealous of your ex's?
