why dosint my boyfriend call me?

i have a boyfriend and we went out for a month then i broke up wit him because he didint call then i went out wit him again and he still dosint call.. i havint seen or heard from him in about 3 weeks. whjat should i do?

break up with him, my bofriend used to do the same thing and anytime i asked he told me he didnt have top up to call.
