Are their any girls out their that can make me fat? I'm 13 130lbs and want to be 170lbs. What I mean is can any girls e-mail me a list of common houshold foods every week that I need to eat to gain weight. And I will e-mail you back if I do or don't gain any weight. The docter and my parents want me to do this. Please help!

eat fast food everyday.
Now that you asked, I think these foods will be: fried food everyday, dessert like cake and pudding after each meal, snacks: potato chips all the time. Breakfast: fried eggs and fried bananas everyday with a lot of bread and whole milk. A lot not natural juices instead of plain water everyday. Also, beer often, you will have a beer belly.
I don't know why you want to do this to yourself though.

i don't know why anyone would want to do that but we could just trade bodies kidding i have gaind 60 lbs since i had my daughter I just eat whatever i want untill i feel sick i do lunch and dinner but not breakfast. Eat at night before bed !!!!Lots of pastas it doesn't matter what kind . Rice is also full of starch exspecially the 12 min microwave flavored kinds. I thought i would go on a rice diet and i gained 20lbs in less than 3 weeks by swithching my side item with dinner to rice. Be lazy too you can't use more energy than you put in

Just watch the movie "Super Size Me" it should give you some idea on what to do...and not to do. Good luck losing it afterward. You know...muscle weighs more than fat so try working out instead.

do you want to gain "fat" or "muscle"?? if it's fat you want just eat lots of junk food and fast foods, lots of milk shakes, icecream etc. if it's mucle you want then eat lots of protein rich foods, like meat(chicken, beef, pork etc.) eggs, fish. there are also supplements you can get from the GNC store that can help you bulk up... if that's what you are after... and weight training will help.

I think you should be talking to a Dr. or your family. A desire to self-destroy is not good.
