If you're sister is a bit older than you and you trust her then talk to her. It would be better is you had an aunt or a grandmother to talk to. The only way to get rid of family problems is not to have a family. Since that's not going to happen and you don't want it to you go about changing you and how you react to those problems. You never can change other people but you can always change yourself. Good luck sweetheart.

You need to talk to someone you can trust outside your family as they can give you more objective advice. If you're a young person then there may be someone at school or college that can help.

If you're not at school or college you may be able to get access to free counselling locally. In the UK you'd get it through you GP, anywhere else in the world I'm not sure. There are phonelines which can help too.
