okay so I talked to this girl made her laugh but she is always laughing soo idk but today I asked her if i can rest my head (she sits behind me) on her desk....she was like "yeah" i was like im sleeping ...she was like laughing a little and smiling i said this during class when the teacher was talking...boring class...soo my question is it okay to take the next step in asking her out? im thinking of asking her to study to start off since we just met....but also how do i ask her to study with me that doesn't sound like i want to get in her pants and stuff?
and from what u read...is she interested possibly?

Sure she sounds like a nice girl and that she might be interested. Ask her to come over and study.That will give you a chance to talk. Have some food and drinks ready before she comes over. If you hit it off and you feel like you really like her than before she leave ask her on a real date like the movies or something. Good Luck!

I think it is likely that she is interested, but remember that girls are taught to be social and open around guys so sometimes it is hard to tell. You might as well ask her out seeing as you are already not "getting in her pants" and all you are risking is a little embarassment.
Try saying "Let's go to a movie this weekend" instead of "Do you want to go to a movie this weekend?" it makes it harder to say no.

u should ask her if we can study together when there is going to be a big test coming up. for example.....say.....hey i was wondering if u wanted to study later on since we r going to a hav a big test? it may b possible she might be intersted in u.

yeah...its sounds a though she likes you...but kutt that study bullcrap...just ask her would she like to go to the movies or mall with you..and say its a double date...ask one of your friends to come alon with his girl and dont act nervous look her in the eyes
