No isn't true at all - cut or uncut would not feel to the woman any different. And no they are not more likely to give you anything or are unclean this is and has nothing to do with it. A persons hygiene is however what is important rather they are cut or not. Yes an uncut male has to make sure the foreskin is pulled back to properly clean himself but that does not mean that he cant or it will be less clean. I do not know where some get their information but well if you have doubts any doctor will clear up any questions you may have.

Although I am circumsized, I've heard that an uncircumsized man has more sensitivity down there. So that might be true for men but probably not for women.

not particularly. my fiance 2 years ago had a 10 inch uncircumsized penis and it was fabulous. trouble was he was sticking it in every nurse that scrubbed in with him at 3-4 other hospitals.

not really. tried both, it depends on a lot of other things. and many girls likes them circumcised because it's cleaner and nicer to see
