No matter what people here say, you gotta be careful. Technically, if you have a "cup" with some semen in it, and you swallow it, you can not get pregnant (even if you are female-Juan).
But, when you are having sex, things can get messy and you might not swallow it all, or some might squirt out, and you could end up getting pregnant, even without having intercourse.
There are all sorts of false stories about how you can't get pregnant if it's the first time, or if you only "put the tip in," but really the only way to make sure you won't get pregnant is to keep it in your pants.

Not really sure why people are being so harsh. It's a simple question.
In all sincerity though you can't get pregnant from swallowing, only if an egg is fertilized by one or more sperm.

Only if spirm is ejaculated, or injected into to the vagina can get you pregnant.
However,you can contract, HIV/ AIDS through your stomach from semen.
Always know your partner, and use protection, (condoms).
If your partner really loves and cares about you, they should give you No hassles about getting tested for STV's,( Sexually Trancmitted Diseases)..
