A Crab Louis dressing.
Mayonaise--1 cup
worcestshire sauce--1 teaspoon
finely diced green pepper--1/4 cup
hard-boiled egg, finely diced--1 egg
Heinz chili sauce--1/4 cup
prepared horseradish--1 teaspoon
salt and pepper to taste
Mix and let this rest in the frig for 30 minutes before serving

You can use a light vinegarette or a light mayo. It depends on the consistancy you are looking for. The mayo makes it a little heavier while the vinegarette makes it a great light summer feast.

If you would like a spicier taste, try Newmans Ginger/Sesame light dressing. I had only seen it @ McDonalds (their Asian salad), but it is now available in grocery stores.
