whitch spyware "things" can I delete whit out problems , a friend of mine sad it could be some programms whould not work again. I'm using Bearshare

I would suggest downloading Adaware to have it search and delete them properly. I would also recommend an Antivirus utility too like Norton Antivirus. I would also like to recommend Spybot Search & Destroy.
Oh yeah, Bearshare is not good -- it has too many spyies. I bet one of the recommended spyware removers will label it as a spy. I would go with Limewire.

For one thing use a more dependable anti spy ware, if you are using a windows PC, just delete your current anti spy ware and get Windows Defender Beta 2 that will only find bad programs and wont affect the running of others. go to the listed site Windows Defender should be right on that page.

Run the following 2 free spyware removers: Ad-aware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and Skybot (http://www.safer-networking.org/). They should remove any spyware on your machine. As the list of spyware is different between the two, one may remove something the other does not.

Just download a good spyware, antivirus and firewall program and it will take care of that for you. There are hundreds out there. McCafee and Nortons are about the best.

dont do anything anyone tells you in here. You never know how it will affect your machine. Take it to a shop, or get a mate who knows to do it. If either one screws up, slap 'em
Seriously if you dont know anything, ask in PC world, then ask 5 other members of staff and take the collective best advise (they're no good on their own) probably norton, or the 'macafe' thingy.
