As a former cop I will tell you that I never let this tactic work on me. In fact if a female sat there and tried to talk her way out of it and do any of her tricks it would provoke me into giving the ticket instead of a warning. The cops who do there jobs the right way would not let them influence that cops thought process.

No, attractiveness and the ability to your way out of something have nothing to do with each other.
However, the belief that somebody has in their own shear perfection: that they should therefore be let off anything they do because they look "so damned good" is enough to make anyone want to give them a thousand tickets.
Some men find women unattractive if they argue their way out of something like that even though they know they are in the wrong.
From our perspective, if you're prepared to keep on arguing just to win, even when you are in the wrong and refuse to accept that you are accountable for your actions - you know full well that there is something wrong up top and that the woman should be steered clear of.
Why? She could be the best looking woman in the world but if she can't accept responsibility and accountability to the rest of society in that situation, you can guarantee she will be like that in every other situation. You can guarantee that rules and obligations apply to everyone else but not to her. Those qualities, regardles of whether they are found in a man or a woman are going to set alarm bells ringing in the minds of anybody else.
If you talked your way out a ticket, so what? Perhaps you should be a lawyer (isn't that word pronounced liar?)... only joking.
If you were in the right, it probably makes you more attractive. Women who have the ability to stand up and be counted when they are right are very attractive characters, even more so if they are not affraid to admit when they are wrong and apologise where neccessary.
Where on earth did you hear that anyway?

most officers have there mind made up on what they are going to do (ticket or no ticket) before they ever talk to you but if you dicide to try and talk your way out of it becareful not to come of with an additue cause that can get you a ticket with some cops faster than you can blink

Maybe the cop doesn't think she's attractive. Different guys have different tastes in girls. Or maybe the cop is gay. She could also lack persuasive skills or the confidence to utilize them. Either that or she just isn't attractive at all.

No. Some cops just like to follow the rules. It totally depends on which officer happens to pull you over.

No. Some of us don't bother to try and weasel out of a ticket. I just look at the cop, tell him what I was doing, and ask for my ticket. Of course, that usually gets me out of it....

nah..but it is probably true that she is not convinced of her attractiveness...or she just stinks at trying to win an argument. Or...maybe the cop is a woman too....
