i think there is should a thing as an innocent bystander, it's just a person at the right place at the wrong time or maybe they were meant to be there, but i think it depends on the person and there actions at that moment that decides there innocents, but than and that's just my believes we can't judge someone for being JUST a bystander.

Yes. That three-year-old girl who has no idea what's going on. Other than that, the bystander is choosing not to do the right thing, so they are sort of accomplices to evil. That, I suppose, means they are not completely innocent.

Wrong place at wrong time....yes
Someone who watches a crime being commited and turns the other way - bystander, but not innocent.
These are the people who moan that the streets are unsafe, but in doing nothing to make it better, are making it worse.
(is that clear, or should I have stopped at the last glass of wine ?)

Good point, I guess the first born babies in egypt were innocent bystanders when god brought his wrath on the people of Egypt.

if a child gets shot and is not the intended victim of the shooter, than that child would become a victim who is an innocent bystander.

Yes, I think so. Sometimes people can be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I would like to respond also to the comments above me. Sometimes, people are unable to stop a crime. Especailly if it is a violent one. Does that still make them accomplices?

Nobody is an island. We are all interconnected and thus somehow responsible for every act committed

Thank God it really is this variety of strong poem, because if i criticized it you would imagine it became purely because i'm this variety of coward. I loved it, even although i will likely not in any respect heed it. thanks, that is like my Wheaties, i have had my loose-floating, liberal guilt for the day.
