I dont want a specific recipe i just want to know how hot the fire should be (Extremely hot, hot, warm) and when its done

let the coals get dusty with ash so you see red but not a lot. it only takes 3 to 4 minutes each side fish cook very fast so done cook to long will dry out

Medium heat, 4 - 6 inches from the coals, for 6 - 7 minutes or till firm and it flakes with a fork, turning once.

You cook it just like steak or maybe a shorter time. So if you want it medium rare, it's even going to look like that in the middle. It will be light on the sides and dark in the middle.

Wait till the flames have died down then add your tuna to top of grill, turning every few minutes till done.

A medium fire is best...and watch them...they cook quick...like 3 minutes per side at the very longest.

its better if you have marinated equally..
it will be cooked equally..

for me, medium or just right hotness is better
it's done when you see that from looking raw it will look less watery and it starts to look dry, and yet juicy..

just do not turn them until you are sure they are firmly cooked on one side
