Its not as bad as it sounds, my co-worker recently got married. I'm starting to like her ex boyfriend. I secretly asked her if she still likes her ex and of course she says NO. Anyways I want to hook up with him but i dont want to hurt my co-workers feelings, and remember my co-worker is married! Is this okay???

From a humanistic point of view, it's OK because no-one has the right to "own" another person.

Morally it's OK because as you mentioned, your co-worker has married someone else.

If you are planning to stay at your present job, and if you value the relationship you have with your co-worker, then tread carefully. It's not so much about hurting her feelings as it would be making her feel vulnerable, and no-one likes to feel vulnerable at work. Unless she is an exceptionally confident & easy going person, it will change your relationship with her. You've just got to decide if it's worth that much to you.

I would talk to the co-worker and let her know how you feel about it and see what she says. She should not have a problem with it as she is now married to some one else and is happy. It did not work out with her ex so I think once tell her that you like him and you are goign t o see him I dont see a problem with that as I would not have a problem if that was me(your oc-worker) Good Luck

She's married and has no right whatsoever to express an opinion on the subject. Go for it today!
