Sylvia Browne talks a lot about past lives. You can discover your past lives through a past life regression, or just take a note of what cultures interest you. For example, I have always been interested in Asia. Perhaps I had a past life in Asia? I also like Mexican food, maybe I was in Mexico in a past life, or Spain, or South America.
Sylvia's book, "Past Lives, Future Healing," might help you learn more about your past lives..I would also do a search on Edgar Cayce.
