There's so many things wrong with your statement, I don't even know where to start. Lets try this:
Sorry to break it to you, but there is no such thing as a French Canada. There are french canadians, meaning people who have as thier first language french. There's the province of Quebec were most people are french canadians. But no french canada.
Canadians already are the subjects of the Queen Elizabeth II. Why should we switch to another king or queen?
Oh i see now, you think that french canadians are french... You really should learn your north american history. Most french canadians have stopped being French longer than most americans stopped being British, by about 20 years.

Forcibly annex, never.
If any Provinces wanted to become States - why not?
Any way - you show your ignorance by wishing to exclude the French part. 1) it is the richest part of Canada 2) the people are really nice (they just want to continue to speak French - is that so wrong? how do you feel when people talk about putting Spanish on equal footing with English here?)
In many ways the Canadians are ahead of us. They have universal health care, better transportation and are more humane. I couldn't see them wanting to join us unless their government went belly up and individual Provinces felt a need for more security.

I am not American nor Canadian. But I think North America would be stronger if Canada and the USA where joined in a new country (annex implies that the USA will dominate Canada, and i do not like that). The combined economies and resources of such a union would make the new country an ultra-super power.
I like the idea!

No, that would make us look as if aggressors. Canada is our greatest buddy and if which will be the case, there is tens of millions of people living in Canada, so as that they'd be in the bypass fireplace. If Canada ever turns into component to u.s., then it is going to be the best results of a vote from their international locations parliament and the persons. they could opt for to vote convinced and aspects consisting of British Columbia, New got here upon Land, and different areas in Canada would change into states. different then that open warfare adverse to Canada is thoroughly incorrect and unjust.

Are you from USA? Since when did the US become 'royal'? You have said subjects...as in 'Royal Subjects'...anyhow - what makes you think anyone could rule Canada? Also, if you want us, you'll have to take us and our 'other brothers and sisters' - "French Canada"...we will never be separated (another issue)...go back to the hole you just crawled out from!!

Queen Elizabeth is a better Queen than King George is a President, Canadians would have to be nuts to join us down south. Considering that they have a lower crime rate, better social services and a more democratic government, maybe they should annex us. It really could help to have democracy returned to our republic.

If with liberal minds you mean people who care about others, who don't try to dominate by bullying, who listen to reason instead of force, who spend money on health card instead of more bombers, and so on, than yes, wow, we are liberal.
If by blandness you mean the opposite to your bullyish arrogance, the rah-rah we're the best (we still need to find out at what) mentality which is laughed at by the rest of the world, the undereducated, racist, egotistical, banjo-playing redneck mentality of you and yours - yup, we're bland.

It's been tried. 3 times.
And each time the US ran home with it's tail tucked firmly between it's legs.
The last time we burned washington including the white house (It wasn't called the white house until later when, after being whitewashed after reconstruction, a foreign official commented "what is that large white house over there?".
Remember, those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.
