Well, yes I do. I usually don't have corned beef, so I use leftover beef pot roast with potatoes and carrots. That way you already have your potatoes and carrots. But maybe you are lucky enough to have corned beef that you cooked with potatoes and carrots. Any way, you need about 1 1/2 cups of boiled, chopped white potatoes, about 1 cup of chopped boiled carrots and a couple cups of chopped cooked corned beef or roast beef. Chop 1 medium onion and saute it in a little oil until it is translucent. Mix everything together in a big bowl, put it all back in a frying pan with a little oil and heat through. You may have to add a little water. Don't use too hot of heat because it will burn/scorch easily and watch it closely; you can slowly mix it, but don't work it a lot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you are using the beef roast and have leftover gravy, add a little gravy. In another skillet, fry an "over easy" egg for each serving just before serving. Dish up the hash and place the egg on top and serve. The amount of the ingredients really arn't important, but you do have to have leftover meat, potatoes and carrots and an onion you can saute. I'm just an old farm cook, so I don't know if this will work for you or if it was what you were looking for.

You can just buy it in a can. But if you want to make it yourself it is just corned beef, chopped up very fine or even pureed, and hashbrowns. Mix it up and heat it in a skillet over low heat and add salt and pepper to taste.
