If you stay in, get a Taco Bell taco kit and have taco night. Super easy and delicious if you have all the good toppings on hand. Grab a Corona and it's almost like you are in Mexico. Ok, not really, but you can still pretend.

Barbequed Salmon-Chop garlic, lots of it, liquid smoke..small amount spread all over, curry rubbed all over..small amount, dill, then melt better..baste salmon with it. Don't over cook. Serve with brown rice..add to the rice butter, chicken stock, onion, garlic and braggs liquid aminos before cooking the rice
