As a Muslim,I do not intend to insult anyone beliefs, yet I need for the purpose of questioning to raise the above question knowing that
1- Islam admits that Jesus is a Prophet.
2-Islam admits that Bible is HolyBook that Jesus delivered.
3-Islam admits that Jesus is born differently.
4-Islam admits that Mary is the choosen woman and that God favored her on all women and it has a chapter in Quran in her name.

So Islam is really did not deny any of these facts, yet clearly stated are
-Jesus was not crucified.
-There is a crucification event, yet people saw similar to Jesus.

If this is not true, why Quran/Islam deny that..What would be the benefit it gets or that value added to it.

Can you answer -wisely-only please

Jesus was crucified so that we can go to heave. This was the only way for man's sins to be covered.

"But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name." John 20:31

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." (john 3:16-17)

I find that the western culture, like Islam, is more than willing to admit that Jesus was a very special prophet, - and that he was a great teacher.

But as soon as Christians cross-the-line and make claims that he was crucified / raised, then any-and-all dissenting views begin to ferment.

And there's pretty much only two ways you can go when denying the Deity of Jesus...

He wasn't crucified
He didn't rise from the dead.

Islam chose the former. And if Islam was to admit that Jesus IS the (highest) prophet, rather that just a prophet, -well there goes Mohammad, he'd have a much lesser status, and Islam would be just a christian sect.

Basically, at the time Muhammad wrote the Quran, the Bible was not for public reading. He didnt have the opportunity to read it himself, and he himself had disbeliefs in the Catholic church teachings. He didn't know that much of the churches teachings were not Biblical in the first place, but also had problems accepting things that were... such as Jesus being crucified. He himself tried to re write the Bible into a way he could accept it. And so people would believe him, he made sure he was made out to be a prophet himself in the Quran.

Many of the Christian apochryphal texts are found within the Quran. There are more christian texts that were excluded from the Bible than there are books in the Bible. I think that Islam is a wonderful religion, and I can say the same for Christianity, however the people get hung up on details. It's like Bruce Lee said about the finger pointing to the moon. "Don't concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory."

He was crucified and died for our sins. Islam denies this fact because they do not believe Jesus was the Son of God and if they admitted he was crucified in such a manner, they'd be agreeing with Christians. The only reason Islam admits any of those 4 things above is so people like you can try to make an argument (just like you did). They're just trying to make their religion appear correct.

The Bible speaks plainly about Jesus' life, ministry, death, burial and resurrection which contain the story of how Pilate put Him on trial for claiming to be the Son of God (among other things) then bowing to the will of the people when he couldn't find anything to convict Him of by law and allowed the people to CRUCIFY Him by the Roman method of havine His wrists hammered to the cross and his feet placed on top of each other and being driven in with a large nail. You'd have to step outside the Quran to find the story that Christians believe in and read it in the Bible in the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, or John. In them you will see the accounts of what I've just told you about.

Is the Quran the Holy Inspried inerrant Word of God or is the Bible? The Bible I know to be such and it says quite differently, which is why I know Christ was crucified.

Beyond that, historical accounts contradict the Quran on this subject, also.

Jesus was not crucified, a look-alike was , Recite the Holy Quran again, and you will find that a look - alike was crucified. and Jesus survived that to meet what God prepared him to do.
The Holy Quran stated clearly that some people would falsely forge the words given to them , and it would affect many later, that's why these misguided people is being named "the lost" at the end of Surat "Al Fateha"

I have had long discussions with my partner on this subject. He is Muslim and I am Christian. According to his faith he believes that some time shortly before Jesus was to be crucified God took him up to heaven and another man was to take his place to suffer the crucifiction. I on the other hand, according to the Chirstian faith, believe that Jesus was crucified and did in fact die on the cross. One thought of logic here. If we review your question, Muslim's believe that Mary was choosen by God and that Jesus was born "differently" as you said, and He was the prophet of God send with a divine mission then why would he live his life suffering persecution of many just to be taken up to heaven right before he is to fullfill the mission he was brought down to earth to fullfill? Hope this helps the issue.

It is hard to answer this question without denouncing the Muslim faith. Or maybe even offending you. Jesus was crucified to deliver us all from our sins. He is the living savior and there are historical documents being discovered all the time that date back to around the time Jesus walked the earth that supports the bible and the verses found in it. I will pray for you and your personal spiritual warfare. God Bless!
