i said it to my boyfriend (sadly) over the phone during one of our conversations. i was just in the moment, it slipped out, but i wasnt sorry that i said it. i guess it could have been more romantic, candles, full moon, us embracing on a balcony and me speaking those words. but in fact, its not really that important when and where u say it. its whether u feel it at the moment u say it and then act upon it.

Why not just say it when you most mean it .. at that time ... where ever you happen to be ...
I don't think it really matters "where" you said it ... as long as it comes from the heart and you truly mean it !
