You name it...apples, bananas, apricots, cantaloupe, cherries, grapes, honeydew melon, kiwi, mango, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, pineapple, star fruit, strawberries, watermelon. (probably missed some)

As small as they are, all types of berries can be dipped. Even dried fruits can be dipped in chocolate, i.e., apricots, apple slices, pineapple rings, and yes, even prunes.

Fruit will harden in the refrigerator after it sets up on wax paper. (most fruit will ooze after a day or so anyways)

I have a chocolate fountain and I use frozen banana's, cherries, strawberries, frozen pineapple slices. Along with graham crackers, rice crispie treats and pretzels.

Banana slices or spears are great with chocolate, and I think almost every berry is suitable for covering.

All of the above, and maybe mango. Just think about the sweet of the chocolate, and the bit of sour from the mango. Yum.

I've tried fresh pineapple (not canned), banannas, apples, pears and cherries. Orange segments are REALLY good too. Try things like nuts too.
