I have not gotten the colds or a flu in about 7, 8 years.
Even when I stand in the rain.

I attribute my good fortune to fruit and veggies. Plus if I'm caught in the rain or a snow storm I go home and take a long warm shower immediately.

This may same silly, but I trick my body into thinking it all was just a shower and who gets sick from a shower, huh?

It's not rain that is the problem, it's getting wet and cold that is the problem.

Extremes in environment make our bodies work harder to compensate. That lowers our body's resistance and ability to fight disease and infection. Germs that we could normally repel have a easier time slipping by.
