She's going for her consultation today, she's only 5 & is not using her leg & they suspect ligament damage. Does anyone know about how much I can expect this to come to??

I'm sure you will get an accurate expectation of costs today when you go for your consultation. Each DVM is different, so I would just wait and talk to yours.

Anywhere from $600 to $1,500 or more. It depends on the vet doing it. We have a vet here that does it for the $600. He is very good and has ton hundreds. He is not an board certified orthopedic surgeon. If you get a board certified vet, it will cost the higher end of the estimate.

I just ran the numbers for here and it is around $300. But it really depends on your location. We are in rural Arkansas, so it isn't nearly as expensive as it would be in a large city.
