Its a common situation and has nothing to do with seeing a doctor or anything else. Having said that there are a number of things that can be tried:
1. Have your partned use his hand or you use yours on your c.l.i.t. whilst he is in you, alot of positions are good for this like doogy, missionary, spooning etc.
2. Try the use of vibrators insyead of fingers in the above scenarios.
3. Try positions that enhance clitoral stimulation during intercourse like you on your back with your legs together and him astride and inside you...this forces the penis to cause more friction on the c.l.i.t.
This is not a problem but an adventure, find a partner who is willing to help you achieve your satisfaction above all else. remember that 69 is grand and toys are your friend.

I was the exact same way when I first start having sex. You just need to find someone who know what they are doing that will hit a special spot on you just right. There's nothing you can really do but to sit back and enjoy the ride.

This is relatively common amongst women, some have never had an orgasm at all. At least you can from oral, it may change as you get older and have different partners.

Some women just need direct clit stimulis. There is nothing wrong with you or your partner. Just explore yourself more. It's all good.

Some may never reach orgasm ... some have multiple orgasms and some don't ... !
It's normal ... but I've always said practice makes perfect ... the more you practice the more ways you'll be able to find that Big "O" ... !

I take it you're young and havent had much sex. you'll get used to it, and eventually you'll be abkle to c*u*m from intercourse not just oral.
