my skin color is very white so what hair color will look best?

No one can really tell you that. Your best bet is this, go to your salon, and have the hairdresser to take time with you, a mirror and swatches of hair color. Hold these swatches up to your face by the corner of your eyes. See what works for your skin tone and eyes best. You will see what brings your glow out the best.

There is another way but it might cost you a few dollars. You can either go to a salon that has the cosmopolitan makeover or buy the computer disk yourself. You take your picture and download it to the program, there you can do all sorts of hair colors and cuts.

A level 9 neutral. In other words a light neutral blonde is best because anything to gold or ash can give your skin a gaunted look .
If you do not want to be light blonde all over go for some low lights. A nice chestnut lightly woven is looks great. ( Level 6 neutral.)

I think people with very white skin look best in very black hair. You're lucky, any color you decide on would look great! Blond, red, brown, black, any shade of these colors would look good.

You have to be careful which blond however. If you are very pale a butter would look much better than a gold or platinum.

I think pale girls are beautiful in red hair. Plus everyone likes a red head!!!!
