I really would like to know why you want him deported... My main problem with this question is that the world IS changing, and some people just aren't realizing it. Technically we're all still different countries, but the US, Mexico, and Canada have all become very lax, it seems. Except since we got a Texan in the 'house on the hill' we've cracked down on pretty much everything. I can see where people are coming from with the National Security, but really, What do you expect from about 40-50 years of messing around with unstable countries. We had checks and balance until 1992, then with USSR's collapse everything started going down hill. Iraq was pretty stable, except the Kurdish north, until Bush went in and messed it all up. Saddam may have had different ways of control, but he had control, while now we have Them killing us, us killing them, them killing them, and in some cases their neighboring countries killing both. I'm not saying Nationally one country is sending troops in, but many of the suicide bombers are from out of country, according to a Time report...But back to your question, You can go two routes, immigration services, or the illegal route of kidnapping the person and dumping them somewhere else, where it stops being your problem. I would suggest the first one, but I'd like to see the News story if you choose the second route...

Unlike the other people, here's a link that might help you.

Good luck. The cops are about turning their heads at this point. Too many immigrants, not enough enforcement. If they're breaking the law in *any* way, you're better off reporting THAT crime than reporting that they're an illegal. Gone are the days that they brought out the paddy wagon, rounded 'em up and sent them home.

Now they give them free medical care and call people who call for their deportation "racists." Oh well.

Seems to me that ICE or INS would be your best bet. Be very careful though. Make sure you know what you are doing and you aren't doing this out of hate or ignorance.

As for the people who think we should just let illegal immigrants wander around freely, think about what you are saying. Yes, I come from immigrants, but they came here LEGALLY. They learned the language and used it at home. My grandfather was not allowed to speak German at home anymore once they came to America. At least, not until everybody learned to speak and write fluent english. They worked hard and never caused any problems. They went on to college, became doctors and lawyers. My grandfather even fought in WWII and was put in command of a unit of all minority soldiers.

Those who are here illegally are breaking the law. What happens if you break the law? If you speed, you get a ticket. If you rob a bank, you go to jail. People here illegally are breaking the law. I have no problem with people wanting to come to America and become citizens, but don't break the law to do it.

Be careful with that, you have to make sure that the individual is an illegal and not here on a Green Card. Either way, 411, and then ask for the closest Office of Immigration. Make sure it is not a prank or to be vindictive, the feds take this seriously and will not hesitate to go after you if you are joking around.

You would call your nearest homeland security office or immigration office, but do be careful. First be SURE they are here illegally and second, if they have a family here, think twice about how it will affect them. If the person is not working, they may be waiting for their work authorization to come through, that can take up to 6 months depending on the situation. Please try to examine the situation carefully before making any decisions.

You can probably report his to the US Immigration authority. If he is a legal immigrant and has commit ed no crime you are probably wasting your time. If he is an illegal immigrant they may deport him.

It's not up to your local law enforcement to deport illegal immigrants, people. That's up to the feds.
