Butter melted in the pan, put in thinly sliced mango. Cook about a minute on each side. Now sprinkle a dish with sugar, not too much! Put in a couple slices of mango, and ice cream on top. Now put remaining mango on top, and drizzle with chocolate syrup! Enjoy!

Make a great smoothie. Cut up mango and a scope of ice cream and milk. Bend it in a blender.Half teaspoon of vanilla really brings out the mango flavor.

blend the mango up then add some milk then some ice cream and you'd have a scrumptious mango milkshake :-) or, blend the mango up and use it as syrup on a couple of scoops of ice cream...both sound delicious!

The one from 'holycowthats' sounds great, but chocolate??? That just made my tastebuds hide - sorry. I would have gone with some Ginger sauce or something exotic like that. Or just leave the mango cooked as he recommended - sounds great without any toppings.
