I meant in terms of the number of believers it has, not its geographic area. (How would you measure geographic area anyway?)

Christianity has been the worlds largest religion since the time of Christ - about 2000 + years. .
In about 30 years, Islam could have that title! - ONLY IF GOD PERMITS IT - and even then it wouldn't make Islam a true religion.

Actually, I believe Hinduism is largest. It covers all of India and a lot of that area of the world. Christianity is just more well known to us because it is the dominant religion in the US.

Christianity has been in existence after the death of Christ. Yet, christians are few. The disciples in Acts 11:26 were called christians not catholics or baptists or mormons or any members of a denomination that call themselves christians.
