Carnivals prices as of last May, mixed drinks; $3.50 bottom shelf, $4.25-$5.00 top shelf for a single. The doubles w/ a souvenir glass were $6.50. Beer was $3.50 12oz., $4.50 16oz. domestic. Imports were $4.50 12oz. Wine was anywhere from $5.00-$50.00 a glass. There are specials everyday for fancy frozen drinks, and at the Captain's Cocktail Party they give free drinks. Your allowed to carry fine wine aboard along w/ soft drinks. Don't be afraid to wrap a bottle of liquor in some clothes in your suitcase, and take some mixers. This is completely safe, Ive taken half-gallons several times, know many who do this, none who have had any problem. All they would do is confiscate it anyway you might even get it back. They charge you a $10.00 corkage fee to consume your own bottle of wine at dinner, you may bring full glasses though I've also done this. Hope this helps, enjoy your cruise.

it is determined by the type of drink you plan on purchasing. Mixed usually always cost more than beer. They have very expensive wines. It depends on your taste. Plan on paying on the average of ten dollars. Sodas cost 4 dollars and bottled water cost 3-4$. The more expensive the cruise ship the higher the cost of everything. Have a wonderful-time on your cruise. Hope you enjoy more pleasurable things in life. You only live once.

It's funny that u ask this because I just schooled some friends last month about the $6.95 Drinks. I cruise all the time & the first time that I cruised I got hit in the head with the bill! Thank goodness I had a Visa.. But that was the last time that I had to deal w/that. I'm a basic type drinker. You know that you can take a limited amount of water & soft drinks aboard with u! I prefer to take liters of bottle water. "Evian" looks just like "Ketel One" & lime juice is just that "My Mixer". Hello!!!!!!!! Have Fun & enjoy ur self!

Allow anywhere from $4.00-$10.00 per drink plus 15% gratuity, with the exception of wine, which can easily cost up to $300 if you get a bottle. Do be careful with your consumption though, because the Master at Arms does have the right to put you in the brig and Princess, like other Carnival lines, will not hesitate to put someone off the ship who has become disruptive to the functioning of the ship.

On Royal Carribean mixed drinks varied from $6.50 but for collector glasses they were $10. Beer is around $3-$4.

They do have cards you can buy if you plan to do a lot of drinking.
But on average I think they cost from $4 to $7 a piece, of course it depends on what you get. Also, remember that gratuity is automatically included on all alcohol, I believe it is 15% or 18%. If you bring your own wine onboard, there is a corking fee that you have to pay.

I don't know what cruise line you are talking about but Carnival Cruises mixed drinks generally run approximately $3.00-$6.00. Depending on what you like to drink.
Try calling them and ask if they will send you a drink menu with the prices. They used to but I don't know if they do it anymore. Have fun :-)

You can buy a drink card and with that you can drink all you want. Without the card usually only tea, coffee, or water are included. The drink card should cover all other drinks including alcohol. So if you like to drink it should be a pretty good deal.

On Carnival, mixed drinks run about $4 but they offer daily specials that are cheaper. Bottled beer is $3. Check your daily itinerary because certain events (art shows, etc.) offer free drinks. You are going to have a blast.
