Well i guess you already have your answer, NO. Sorry if it isn't the answer that you wanted. Your parents have reasons for what they do, and I am sure they have good reasons for not changing your school.

My sister went to a public school and wanted to go to a private school but my parents said no. She made a list of all the reasons why it would be good for her to switch schools and then talked to my parents about it. When my parents saw how mature and serious she was about the situation, they agreed to let her switch.

It's a tough thing to handle.
Most likely they will go with their decision, but what are the reasons? They will understand more if you tell them what is going on. When I first moved to a new school (many times, I might add) I felt like an outcast and wanted out immediately, but then you adjust, and make friends. If it is bullies, stalker, bad area, I'm sure would help. Look around for different systems that allow you to ride a school bus. If you're in California, they have Magnet schools for certain subjects and skills.
I wish you the best of luck, and don't be afraid to join clubs, help out, go to the local library, take up a sport, hobby, (karate, you might meet people) go to your local swimming pool, park... people will come flocking to befriend you once you show them your true colors...!

If i were you, i would look up info on the school that you want to switch to. find all of the good things such as test scores, sports, things that you can improve on in your education. i guess ur looking 4 a boy?or just don't like the school you are at?
if that is the case, then tell them if some 1 is bothering you and if i change schools, then i won't have to deal w/ all of that abuse. i hope it helps.

Do you want to switch or do you want them to switch? Either way, you do not have a choice. Until you are legally an adult you have to go by their rules.
