my natural hair color is brown, my eyes is light brown,skin tone is ton or light brown. what is hair color makes my eyes lighter?

When coloring hair the focus is on the skin not the eyes because the wrong color can make you look washed out.
Since you are tanned with light brown eyes I would highlight it blonde. Not chunky highlights either. Go for the fine highlights all over. This will give your hair a multi tone effect creating depth and shift the focus to your face.

Have you tried a darker color-Personally I think blond goes well with brown eyes-why don't you like your hair color now-with a lighter high light

try getting light brown and some faded blonde highlights. not alot by just some here and there to make it look natural

I think you should add highlights. Highlights definetly draw attraction to your face and eyes. I am a guy and am very attracted to highlights especially in dark hair with blonde highlights.
