for me i would have to say a black and white english springer spaniel, but just because i have one and she is so silly but she is only 3 but still adorable!

My favorite is probably the Saint Bernard, because I have one. They are so big and goofy, and I love them. I love the fact that if he really wants to, he can completely knock me down. It is so much fun playing with a dog that you can actually play wrestle with him, and you won't hurt him.

I don't know of any dog breads, but my favorite dog BREED is probably the Bernese Mountain Dog. Very laid back in the house, loves the snow and will go anywhere. Also very good w/ children.
Although, I currently have a pitbull that is FANTASTIC w/ my cows, cat and 2 year old toddler. Great breed w/ lots of bad publicity.

I like Honey Wheat Whole Grain dogs. But if I had to, I'd go with Iron Kids dogs. Sometimes Raisin nut dogs are good. Have you ever tried Wonder dogs?

Shi-tzu and Cocker Spaniel. I have one of each. One is 8 and the other is not even 1!!!

The Pug is my favorite breed because I own one.He's a great companion during down time, and is almost always willing to play.They were built to be little buddies.

The toy poodle, they are very loyal to their owners and they are friendly dogs. They love almost everyone and they are also "non shedding" dogs. They can be litter box trained and this is very helpful for people in the colder regions and apartment dwellers. I have one and absolutely "love" her.

I love the Northwest White Highland Terrier (Westie) They have to be one of the best companions a person could have.

I am a sucker for the 'hound face'- bloodhounds, coon hounds, whatever. My favorite are Bassett hounds. They look like someone poured liquid flesh over a dog-shaped skeleton.
