I suppose it depends on why you can't tell them. Is it forbidden love? Does the other person already have a partner? If there's no other reason other than you being worried about rejection, then it's really down to you.
If you want something to happen between you, you'll have to spill the beans.

In order to answer this question, I have to assume that telling the person would hurt a lot of people.
I'll just assume that one or both of you are already married. I'll also assume that you don't know if the other person feels the same way about you.
You have to seriously and objectively weigh all the pluses and minuses of telling this person how you feel. Most of the time, you're better just moving on and trying to put it out of your mind.

i've been in the same type of situation b4. and it a tough decision on what to do it depends on the circumstances and how well you know the person. if yo can its best to let the other person know how you feel.its either they feel the same way or they don't. havion that sort of feelin bottled up inside jus makes you feel worse and in the long run you mught be misin out on better things. so let them know so at least you can know where you stand.

tell the person how u feel unless there is a reason you cant tell someone maybe cuz the person you love belongs to someone else well if thats the case u have to put thoses feelings out your head but if thats not the case i say go head and tell the sweety how u feel and see what happens

You need to be honest with yourself, and come to terms with the reason you can't tell this person you love them. After anylising this, you yourself will know if it's right to love this person or not...
eg/ is she with someone else? / Is she your boss ?/ or are you just plain shy ?
When you have done this you will know what to do, if it is because you are shy, then write them a letter. If it's for immoral reasons, then you need to keep it to youself and leave well alone.

Don't bare your soul if the feelings might not be reciprocated. You'll only get hurt and end up feeling worse.
I know it's awful but keep your feelings to yourself for everyone's sake.

you've just told all of us so you've told someone. if this person is available to be loved by you try showing it instead as that means so much more. if they are 'taken' then you'll have to keep your secret! Be sure they deserve and will appreciate your love.
