My dream was that I had a baby boy and I went to show him to my boyfriend and he disappeared. I then later found him in the same blanket in a bag, alive and now a cat.

I'll try and give some possible answers/analysis; if you would like. Just remember that the dream is unique to the "dreamer." If someone else had a very similiar dream, yet had different life circumstances, etc... the dream could be analyzed very differently... o.k. here goes...
Having something in a dream (in this case a baby boy) and then loosing it before you had a chance to show it to someone; could mean that you are trying to show or prove something to someone in your life and wishing very hard that they would accept this but it just escapes them. In other words; you try to explain things to others and to you, you are making great sense; but no one seems to be "hearing" you.
The covering on the child (the blanket..(which in dreams most likely means protection) could very well mean that you are trying very hard to stick up for yourself (to protect and "keep alive") your words and your values or thoughts even through you feel that no one seems to be paying very much attention or listening right now.
When animals come to you in your dreams, they are usually there to guide us. I feel that this cat may have been there as a guide to help you with your journey in the waking state and in the dreaming state. Also, changing into an animal or other object is a sign of metamorphisis or growth in some direction. I am also thinking that your spirit guide just may be a "cat." Mine just happens to be a raven.
There may be many explanations for talking in one's sleep; Scientific and otherwise. I am inclined to think, on one level; that we may be conversing with our loved ones (or some other soul (s) from behind the curtain of this existance into the next. The curtain is alot thinner than most people think.

i am not sure when you said he disappeared. Who is he??? the baby or your boy friend.. I assume it is the baby.
let me analyze this dream.
You are into seeking a close relationship with your boy friend. Someone you have to earn his trust or he has to earn your trust. Your dream sounds like a lost and found dream. If the baby is found and alive in a bag. That means it is well and protected.
You don't want to lose things (love, relationship), and you will treasue every moment if you can. You found him in a bag, that show the protection of your things.
A cat - it may not mean something significant, but it could mean part of the family or family members.
In conclusion, you may want your boy friend be part of your life, and be introduced to your family.... and in your mind, he may not want it so soon

well, I have wild dreams too. I had predicted my dreams and 75%
of my predictions have came true. I think you may want to go slower. Wait until you are married to have a baby.
