Say u hav ckt1, ckt2, ckt3..ckt1 should be such that it allows current to pass through ckt2 for sometime and then to ckt3 for smetime nd then back to ckt2 then ckt3 and so on..

yeah you can use a switch (voltage switch) or if you can use binary logic, need to know how much voltage/current you are dealing with

You should use a clock and a multiplexer, or D-gate. I don't know how familiar you are with it, but you need more info, is it a solid state 5v? Or something else.
