If the rooster had been subject to some sort of terrible genetic experiment - resulting in it having the ability to reproduce asexually - then - it's possible that the rooster laid an egg, probobly out of his anus...as i doubt the experiment would given him female organs - probobly more radition based than anything - anyway - the freakish un-natural offspring of the rooster would be Mexican American - of course.

It doesn't matter where the egg is laid. It's where the egg is hatched that would determine the nationality. Also, what kind of roosters do you have!?
