Thats becuse there are none without sometype of spam ware, or instant installers that remove the internet files. So if you'd rather have smilies that no one likes and not have the ability to connent to the internet (or your IM service), then go for smiley central! Otherwise, steer clear, and be glad you have friends to IM.
