i have a set of golf clubs that were made over 20 years ago. they are clubs that have embedded signatures of famous golfers who have all passed. any idea what they can be worth?

You might try finding a professional on like the internet or something that you could contact and just talk to him about it.
Old golf clubs are probably worth more than ppl think.
