Those are your parents! Tou should be best friends! Espaecially when a teenager! When your parents argue, u shouldn't go, better stay so that they would stop if its somthing private, and take u in if it concerns u ;)

Concerning that guy that abused u, u must ask their help!!!

Best wishes
Good Luck

Take Care

I know what you can do. Follow these instructions and I think it will help you greatly! Go to http://www.sharinglifetogether.com
click contact us, fill out your info, and in the message box give a detailed message about what you need help with. Within days a kind lady will respond with advice, links, and possibly other references. She will help greatly. Sharing Life together is always ready to lend a hand! They might even help you in other ways. It may also be even better to call 1-888-465-6595 (there may be no 1 I don't remember) from 7:30 pm-12:00am eastern time, Monday through friday. . A lady wil be with you, talk about your sitchuation, then she will conect you with Martha. If she can't, try another night. -Alexandra

A rough time for sure. Leaving would be worse than staying. I know, I did it. For different reasons, but it was tough. I have some ideas. Maybe one will be right for you.
*Ask your parents (when they are not already argueing) if you can go to a friends house when they do argue. Tell them it freaks you out.
*Ask if they can afford a REAL counselor for you. Most guidance counselors at school are not trained for the real tough stuff. They are best for helping you decide the future of your education.
*Talk to the parents of a friend if you are close to them.
Just some ideas, hope something helps.

You should find a counselor to talk to. You can ask your clergy for a recommendation, or you can ask any clergy member if you aren't religious or don't want to talk to your own.

You can also get recommendations from your family physician--it would be good to visit him/her just for that purpose. There may also be a medicine that would help you.

It is very likely that the best thing for you is to stay with your parents. However, you can get better advice from a counselor or an adult who knows your situation first hand.

Best wishes to you!

I think you need to go to your school councilor or preacher or someone you can trust and get you a therapist. It's not good for you to be having these thoughts and these problems at home are only re enforcing how you feel. Please do not give up, maybe your parents just do not know how to help you because they may be feeling bad because they were not there to protect you and it sounds like maybe your parents need to see someone also. But, you do not need to be leaving because the streets are a terrible place for any young girl or boy. Please go talk to someone who can get you the help you need. I wish you the best.

Since you told your parents and they do anything with the information, I think you need to tell another adult that you trust.
You are reaching out for help and there are people who will help you. Talk to another relative or someone older that you trust and get some help.

You need to confide in a school counselor or someone you are close to. You need help and you cannot help yourself. Talk to someone asap.

Good luck!
