The most important thing is they all say a final prophet by the name of Muhammad (SAW) will come; the Holy Qur'an of course came w/ Prophet Muhammad (SAW). Genesis ~ And from the seed of Ishmael a great nation I will create, and 12 righteous descendants will I give. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was the only prophet to claim to be from prophet Ishmael and had 12 righteous descendants. The Bible also says false prophets will fail but Islam will be the largest religion in the world in the near future.

There is nothing in common. The Christian serve a risen Lord. Jesus Christ died for our sins He was buried and took our sins away and rose again the third day for our justification. Colossians 3: 1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

not much.
They all worship a different Jesus and God. The Jews nowaday are waiting for Jesus to come to Earth for the first time, and they still believe laws God said were'nt in effect anymore. Christians are waiting for God to come back for the second time to take us to Heaven- and we don't practice a religion, it's a relationship. The Islamics don't think God had a son and have a religion based on voilence and whatever rules they want- they don't have any assurance in thei religion if they are going to heaven or not.

the first five books of the Bible, Koran, Torah are virtually the same.
all three also believe in Jesus, but not in the same way. Christians believe that Jesus was the son of God. Muslims and Jews believe him to be a great prophet and teacher.
And contrary to popular belief, Muslims do NOT worship the prophet Muhammad (i prolly butchered the spelling). They, like Jews and Christians, worship the God of Abraham, Allah/Jehovah/Yaweh/Eloheim...all are names for the one true God.

We (Muslims) believe that Jesus (ISSA) is the prophet of the God to the people of israel, he was born with no father (God can Create any thing from nothing) so he is not the God neither not the Son of the God coz God has no sons or daughters n has no father n mother, Jesus's mother is MARIAM, and he did not killed, he was lift to the sky, the one who killed was one of his friends, he offered to be killed instead of him only to be his friend in Heaven (means later), we believe too that he still alive in the sky, n he will come back someday to earth to lead the people again.

All are monotheistic, believing in one God. All are directly connected to Abraham. All claim that they have the absolute truth, which is corollary to the claim that the other two are absolutely false.

theoretically, all are monotheistic and trace their histories back to the era of the patriarchs.
