Besides brushing your teeth and flossing, make sure when you brush, to also brush your tongue. As far back as you can without gagging. It really does work to do this after meals. I also chew gum, and use those little breath strips and sprays. I have pretty bad breath and I am a smoker. This stuff helps, try getting your teeth cleaned, it doesn't cost to much and it is cheaper than fixing a cavity. Hope this helps.

Bad breath is usually caused by your sinuses or your stomach. For sinus you need to see your Doctor. If you have an infection antibiotics will help. If not then you just may need to blow your nose more fully to clean out the sinus cavity. Try using a saline spray to loosen up any dry mucus before you blow.
Stomach problems such as reflux can also have an effect on your breath. Again see your Doctor for medications that can help.
Brush your teeth and drink plenty of water.

Brush, floss, and rinse with Listerine. Decayed teeth can be a source of "stink odour" too. See a dentist.

I used to have horrible breath too. Then I discovered floss. I floss every night before I brush my teeth. If you don't floss regularly, it will be awkward at first and you will bleed, but eventually you get used to it and the bleeding stops. My bad breath is gone and my gums look almost perfect. I scored a date with a dental hygenist because of it.

brushing your teeth... its a pretty common thing in america these days... its best done by going to the store, buying a toothbrush of an atractive color, minty fresh toothpaste, floss and mouth wash. then taking the toothpaste and putting it on a danm toothbrush. then brushing it over your teeth. then take the floss, and put that in between each tooth. then finish with swishing mouth wash around inside.

Get a waterpick. They sell them at Wal-Mart or any store like that. It helps bacteria get off of your teeth and it also takes away anything that was stuck in and on your teeth. After that, brush your teeth. You won't have any bad breath.
