About as long as it took their grandfathers to burn a cross in somebody's lawn.

Oh yeah, Religion is taking over the Supreme Courts. Next we'll be a theocracy and the real rulers will be telling You what you can and can not do.
And do you honestly think that's going to stop Abortion? Have you ever read the numbers on that? Before it was legal there were more deaths. After they made it legal, the numbers actually dropped. The stats for abortions right now are the lowest they have been in over 30 yrs.
Oh, and while you're fighting for the unborn fetus, you are going to stop capital punishment right? Love thy enemy and all that.

I am hoping VERY soon. Calling it for what it is. That will be a great day for this nation! Finally putting abortion on demand to an end once and for all!
Next will be the separation of church and state something that was never in the Constitution to begin with.
Let prayer come back to schools, show our children the true meaning if being raised in a country that stands by In God We Trust. Then there will be no need for the unholy Communist ACLU.
ACLJ will reign! oh yea!

Honestly, I don't have as much confidence in the Supreme Court as you do. I hope Roe vs. Wade is overturned, but our society has become so pagan that I don't know if it will happen.
There are so many issues that are on the forefront.
I've almost given up and have succumbed to the idea that we are living in Sodom and Gomorrah and Christians need to live pure lives in front of these pagans.

I don't think that is the way it will work out.
"Conservative" judges do not - despite popular belief - operate under stringent GOP guidelines. The fact that they are conservative suggests that, for one, they will acccept fewer cases, and they will generally ruleagainst excessive Federal control. That is not always the case, but it has been a trend in the past.
It is a fallacy to assume that conservative control of the Supreme Court will directly lead to the repeal of abortion rights. We might see mixed results, such as leaving this question up to individual states.

Hopefully never.
A woman's right to choose will remain the law of the land in some states, even if the Supreme Court is neo-con enough to invalidate it nationally.

It's not about morality for christians, its about control over others to detroys peoples lives. This trend must reverse or we could go back to burning heretics at the stake.
At least that's what the religious nuts WANT.

You are a sad little man who's cries for attention in the real world have clearly gone unheeded. I wish you the best of luck in overcoming your shortcomings and rejoining society as a productive member.

I agree with the one guy: no matter what your faith is, it states in The Bible that there must be a separation of church and state. I t also says: "let he who is without sin cast the first stone" and " Judge not lest ye too be judged."

Not long. It's very, very unfortunate that they will be telling us what we can and cannot do with our bodies. It's sickening. I, for one, will fight it til the bitter end. I'm a strong supporter of VOX and planned parenthood.
