Have a look at the websites below! Too much to put in this as the stuff is in a table and is also broken down into countries.

I cannot find a breakdown of WWI military breakdown, however. Part of the reason for this is because the RAF was set up in1918.
Also try the http://www.navynews.co.uk - you may be able to contact them to find out how many naval personnel were killed, especially from the last website I missed, which says:

Naval deaths recorded for national monument 16.02.04 10:25
A database containing details of all Naval deaths in service since the middle of the 20th century has been handed over to the Navy – and will be used to create a new national memorial.

and as this was written in 2004, they may now have a list for you to refer to.
