I don't know wether it snows in your are, but during winter season, take her out side and kiss her, there is some thing a bout the snow from the sky dropping on both of your lips when kissing, trust me, it just makes you wanna go on non stop.

Go to the top of the CN Tower in Toronto Canada. The view is outstanding, and very quiet up there during the week. I proposed to my wife while we were having lunch and it was the best place to do it.
