You have to keep in mind, you sound a little shallow in the way you are asking. I have a grill, I wear baggy clothes, I also have teeth and a 1500$ suit in my closet. I am a gentleman by my behavior, not my clothing. My actions show I am a gentleman in my heart, grill or no grill.

Yeah, there are but we have shorter hair, facial hair, and say things like cool, and wear sandals and believe in making love not war (Not that we can't we just don't like violence for no reason) and believe in things like politeness, sex every day, coffee in the morning, flowers before a date, opening doors for ladies, manners and a myriad of other good qualities. Yes, there are gentlemen out here. You have to decide what it is you want from a gentlemen. It's also hard to figure out which ones are sincere and which are filled with BS.
