Seems to me a lot of Christians do a lot of fighting over religion. Do you really think that's what Jesus wants??

Because of the huge gulf in belief LDS people and Main line Christian people can't both claim the title of Christian. To be a christian one must have faith in Jesus Christ. The Mormon Jesus is a created being who became a God. The christian Jesus IS God. The Mormon way to God is 1. Faith 2. Baptism 3. Laying on of hands 4. Temple work (If you want the highest heaven) 5. Enduring to the end in righteousness. The Christian way is Have real faith in Jesus. These are HUGE differences. This works salvation your Church teaches, along with the idea that you can become Gods yourself make Mormonism so different form main line Christianity that we reject anyone who believes in such heresy to be outside the christian church and therefore non christian.

Ahh yes, the old two wrongs make a right. Beyond that, Mormons were adamant in the late 19th and early 20th centuries that they were not Christians--so I ask, "don't you like the taste of your own medicine?"

Obviously ugotme63 doesn't like the taste of it. And to turn around and report "hate mail"... wow, talk aboutnot being able to handle reality. But definitely typical. ^_^ Enjoy the show and know that the light usually shines on the loudest whiner, just because they won't shut up till the light is on them.

You're a Christian my friend. And if what you typed above is what you said in the message, then that was not hate mail. Kudos for standing up for what you believe in!

Some people are too insecure in their own faith that they feel the need to question or belittle others. Pay it no mind, put them on "ignore", delete their mails as soon as you see them. Simplicity.

There are many people out there that are ignorant to the term. They believe only in what they where thought, so you should not blame her for her ignorance, just teach her. Good Luck and God bless.

I agree, I can't stand when people can't take what they dish out, I'm baptist who has plenty of friends who are not of the same place that believe we will all end up in the same place as long as you believe

Have you ask Jesus into your heart and live? If so you are a Christian no matter what kind of tag you wear. If not you are not a Christian no matter what kind of tag you wear.

Typical Christian response... when confronted with logic they always resort to name-calling and other juvenile facilities.
