Assuming that a guy has a missing arm or leg but he is kind, humorous, loving, intelligent, confident, generally handsome, etc. Would you consider dating him and thus overlook the fact that he is an amputee (by birth or accident)? Please tell the truth.

I would definately go without an amputee as long as we had chemistry, the rest doesn't matter.

i would, if he would not have to depend on me to help him with lifting and helping him keep his balance, since i am an above the knee amputee and i need some help with some of my things i do around the house.
i have to say, i read several of these answers and i am surprised to see how many people said yes, hell i have a hard time getting people to have a conversation with me.
i hope they are not just saying it to make you feel good, because people are like that and i have noticed that more now that i have became handicap. they don't see the person, they see the wheelchair. i hope those people were honest.
sorry to vent, but i figure i would be honest about it.
good luck and be yourself and the right person could come around who is able bodied and can assist with the difficult things of being an amputee.

I would probably date a guy missing an arm but maybe not one with a missing leg. I would get tired of having to bed on top all the time. I mean if your attracted to him, what does it really matter? If he is kind, handsome, employed, treats me well...a missing limb is nothing.

It wouldn't bother me. I don't look at the physical when it comes to a guy. It's the personality that is a turn on for me.

I am not sure. I think it would have a lot to do with his personality but I would not be attracted to him immediately.
