Got any bread? An egg/onion sandwich.
No bread, a simple omelette with onions, chicken and some Korean food mixed in.

Yeah, make yourself an omelet.

Take two eggs and put them in a zip bag with whatever ingredients you like. Mix together in bag. Boil bag for 12 minutes and the omelet just rolls out. They're easy and delicious. And, no, the bag does not melt.

i comprehend in Hess they have those subs (and they are really fairly sturdy) that do not have any further something even if the sub itself. there is snacks like honey buns (the tremendous ones), poptarts, those cups of ritz bitz or chocolate chip cookies (those you could close and open whenever you pick), you could try somewhat more advantageous with the sandwiches, there is this element called a bocadillo (I forgot the way you assert it in english, even if that is the sandwich you've contained in the morning, with ham and cheese and toasted?). anyhow, if he has adequate time, there is this lunchables in Publix which have bread, cheese, ham or turkey, with jello or apple sauce and a tiny water bottle (it brings a packet of koolaid) and some mayo for the tiny sandwich. there is yet another one with flat bread, even if it brings chocolate pudding instead (each and every thing in this lunchable is disposable for sure). wish I helped! wish he receives somewhat more advantageous time for eating ;)
